Sanja Kelly Delivers Oral Intervention at Human Rights Council on Internet Freedom

Managing editor of Freedom House's Freedom on the Net report, Sanja Kelly, delivered an oral intervention to the plenary of the United Nations Human Rights Council in support of the annual report of special rapporteur for freedom of opinion and expression, Frank LaRue. This year, LaRue's report focused on internet freedom and the importance of applying the same international standard of freedom of expression both online and off.
