In December 2011, Congress passed the most recent in a series of U.S. laws supporting democracy in Belarus and addressing human rights abuses by the ruling regime. Please join us on the historical Belarusian Freedom Day, at a symposium and Q&A reviewing implementation efforts to date, and plans going forward, as Belarus prepares for presidential elections in November 2015.
