Sarah Cook, Senior Research Analyst for East Asia, director of Freedom House’s monthly China Media Bulletin, and author of The Politburo's Predicament, a report on repression under Xi Jinping. 

Kecheng Fang, former China-based journalist at one of the country's leading liberal publications and PhD student at the Annenberg School for Communication.

Jesse Heatley, Director at Albright Stonebridge Group, former U.S. Congressional-Executive Commission on China researcher focused on free expression and rule of law.
