We, the undersigned organisations, call on the Ukrainian authorities to stop the continued harassment of TVi, the country’s only independent television channel. We also call on them to ensure that media freedom and freedom of expression are respected in Ukraine.

The IPGA calls for the authorities to bring Elmar Huseynov’s murderers to justice and to seriously investigate and prosecute all cases of violence against journalists.

Donors, who provide approximately half of Cambodia’s national budget, should make clear to the Cambodian government that the fourth draft of the Law on Associations and NGOs (LANGO) must be revised to protect civil society or be withdrawn, a group of concerned international human rights organizations said today.
