Jim Baird
Public Relations Director
Jim Baird is the Public Relations Director at Freedom House, overseeing press engagement for the organization. Prior to joining Freedom House, Jim served in various strategic communications roles, including as Senior Director at The Hatcher Group, Managing Director, at ReThink Media, and Communications Director at the Stimson Center. Jim is on the editorial board of Inkstick Media and has written extensively as a sports journalist covering college football for Sporting News, among other outlets. He holds a masters of science in politics and communication from The London School of Economics, and a bachelor’s in journalism and political science from Ohio State.
