Elizabeth Sutterlin

Elizabeth Sutterlin was a Research Associate for Technology and Democracy, covering Africa for Freedom on the Net and Election Watch for the Digital Age. Prior to joining Freedom House, she supported programming on digital rights advocacy and governance of emerging technologies at the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs. She holds a B.A. in international relations and Russian from the College of William & Mary.
