Ibrahim Drammeh

Ibrahim Bahizi Drammeh is a program associate with Freedom House in The Gambia, with a background in Procurement and Supply Chain Management and a diploma in International Relations and Diplomacy. Passionate about human rights, he is dedicated to empowering women, supporting children, and addressing mental health issues. As a philanthropist, Ibrahim worked with "Imagine It Is Your Mother" a grassroots organization focused on cross-border economic support for mothers in Sudan, Rwanda, and Uganda. Previously, he led a business entity in Uganda for over two years, followed by a six-month volunteer role at the Medical Research Council in The Gambia. Before joining Freedom House, Ibrahim worked with the International Republican Institute, supporting programs focused on strengthening the National Assembly Members to perform their oversight roles, participating in electoral cycles, and strengthening civil society organizations.
