This year, the world has witnessed innumerable acts of bravery and defiance on behalf of freedom and against authoritarian aggression. These brave democracy defenders need our support, and we need your help.
Since 2021, Freedom House has supported more than 2,000 human rights activists, organizations, journalists, and survivors of persecution across 106 countries. They include brave human rights defenders who are fighting for fundamental rights and democratic governance, as well as those persecuted for their religious beliefs or for their work to defend and advance LGBTQI+ rights.
With your financial support, you can help us identify threats to freedom, spur action to counter those threats and support activists working to defend and expand freedom.
