The China Media Bulletin is directed by Sarah Cook, Freedom House Senior Research Analyst for East Asia, who authors each issue’s featured article and manages the editorial team producing the bulletin. Cook is also the author of several country reports for Freedom House’s annual publications, as well as several special reports about China, most recently: Beijing's Global Megaphone, The Battle for China’s Spirit, The Politburo’s Predicament.
